Join the line대기 등록

Name, party size, mobile number. The screen then shows how many groups are ahead, updating live. 이름·인원·전화번호만 넣으면, 앞에 몇 팀 남았는지 실시간으로 보입니다.

Get the text문자로 호출

Wait wherever you like. A text arrives when the table is ready. 어디서 기다리든 괜찮습니다. 자리가 나면 문자가 갑니다.

The waitlist대기 목록

• Call the next guest다음 손님 호출 — one button, and the text goes out. — 버튼 한 번이면 문자가 나갑니다.
• Seat or no-show착석·노쇼 처리 — undo within ten seconds if you misclick. — 잘못 눌러도 10초 안에 되돌립니다.
• Tablet and phone together태블릿·폰 동시 사용 — the same list, in sync, on every device. — 같은 목록이 모든 기기에서 실시간으로 맞춰집니다.
• Walk-ins without a phone폰 없는 손님 — staff can add a group by name. — 직원이 이름만으로 대신 등록합니다.

• Korean and English한국어·영어 — guest screens and texts follow the guest; the staff dashboard is set separately. — 손님 화면과 문자는 손님 언어로, 직원 화면은 따로 고릅니다.
• No opening hours to maintain영업시간 설정 없음 — start the waitlist when the tables fill, stop it when they don't. — 자리가 차면 켜고, 비면 끕니다.
• Seat types좌석 구분 — table, booth, private room, bar, outdoor. Turn on only what you use. — 테이블·부스·룸·바·야외 중 쓰는 것만 켭니다.
• Daily numbers일별 통계 — groups waited, average wait, no-show rate. — 대기 팀 수, 평균 대기시간, 노쇼율.

• Used only to send waitlist notifications. Never sold, never used for advertising. 대기 알림 발송에만 씁니다. 판매하거나 광고에 쓰지 않습니다.
• Stored encrypted and deleted 7 days after the visit. 암호화해 저장하고, 방문 7일 뒤 삭제합니다.

• Staff screens show only the last 3 digits. 직원 화면에는 뒤 3자리만 보입니다.
• All data is held in Australia (AWS Sydney) and handled under the Privacy Act 1988. 모든 데이터는 호주(AWS 시드니)에 보관하고 Privacy Act 1988에 따라 처리합니다.
